Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations in a luxury retail environment.

This role blends luxury service with omnichannel selling, teamwork, and ongoing brand initiatives. You will engage clients, leverage POS tools, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-focused team culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos (Preferred)
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
