Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering a personalized luxury retail experience and meeting store goals. You will engage clients with styling expertise, cross-sell thoughtfully, and support daily operations including POS transactions and inventory tasks.

The role requires 1+ year in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with live-stream/digital engagement. Flexibility for schedule and fast-paced shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream/video demos; clienteling and data skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs with the team.
• Process transactions and support daily store operations.
