Job summary

Coach, a global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across in-store and omni-channel channels.

This role requires 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion experience, POS proficiency, strong English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and brand initiatives are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail or fashion sales experience.
• Experience operating POS and handling transactions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients and deliver personalized service.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and support daily store operations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
