Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in a luxury retail environment. You will deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store goals, and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, driving sales through recommendations, and leveraging POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Flexibility for peak times is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and knowledge of fashion trends.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operations (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection procedures.
