The position requires 1+ years in sales, luxury retail knowledge, and strong English. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency (EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Support inventory and daily store operations, including cash wrap and merchandising
