Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate in the Atlantic City area to deliver an elevated shopping experience and support daily store operations. You’ll blend luxury service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in luxury retail sales, strong knowledge of fashion trends, and proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS. English fluency and a clienteling mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors helps.
Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
Strong English proficiency and clienteling/data skills.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver an elevated shopping experience.
Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support store operations.
