Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in New Jersey to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

This role blends luxury service with teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The position requires 1+ years in luxury retail, POS proficiency, strong English, and flexibility for a dynamic schedule including peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operations and data sheets.
• Ability to read price and release sheets.
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and move on the floor.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment.
• Support inventory movement and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in training programs.
