Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience in a luxury retail environment in New Jersey. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend in-store service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, live demos, and clienteling. Flexibility for peak periods and a fast-paced setting is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic device use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; social media savvy a plus.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail days.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt techniques.
