Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in New Jersey to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, engage clients, and contribute to omnichannel selling while representing the brand with professional demeanor.
Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with social media and live-stream formats to drive client engagement.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) or equivalent.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused and fashion-savvy.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow the style and service standards.
- Build relationships through styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
- Assist with inventory and store operations as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training.
