Coach is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and to meet store sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social platforms to drive revenue.

Applicants should have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and a passion for fashion trends. You will participate in brand initiatives, training, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and customer-focused service.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Develop lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS/mobile tools to process transactions and capture client data.
• Maintain storefront and stockroom, assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Support team with multi-tasking in a fast-paced luxury environment.
