Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily operations, contribute to omni-channel selling, and help drive brand loyalty in a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems, mobile devices, and data-driven selling. Flex scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), walkie-talkie use; read price sheets.
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to styling and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising) while maintaining standards.
