Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our luxury fashion environment. You will meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations, including omnichannel selling and live-stream shopping experiences.

With 1+ years in luxury retail and strong English, you will build lasting client relationships, master product knowledge, and contribute to omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience with knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS systems, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS operations.
• Strong English proficiency and excellent clienteling skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced luxury retail environment and flexible schedule.
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and maintain visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
