Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency and fashion knowledge are required.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Familiarity with social media, live-stream shopping, clienteling, and data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Handle daily store operations, POS, inventory, and visual merchandising while maintaining standards.
