Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop).
• Social media savvy; familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Support inventory, replenishment, merchandising, and daily operations.
