Job summary
Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet sales goals. This front-line role blends luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years in luxury retail, POS proficiency, and strong English. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including peak times and weekends, is expected. Base pay ranges with benefits are provided.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop).
- Luxury retail background with fashion knowledge; ability to read price sheets.
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
- Build lasting client relationships with styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
- Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
