Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to provide elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet store sales goals. This role blends luxury retail service with omnichannel selling, using POS and social platforms to build client relationships and drive loyalty.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain impeccable service standards, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless customer journey across in-store and online channels.

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop)
• Strong English proficiency and clienteling/data skills

Mansioni

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain high energy on the floor and manage multiple customers
