Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily operations in a luxury retail setting. The role blends high-end service, omnichannel selling, and teamwork to drive loyalty and revenue.

As a frontline ambassador, you will build client relationships, provide fashion advice, and execute personal sales plans while utilizing POS and social selling tools. Flexibility for a dynamic schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage movement.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
