Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; follow style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy selling floor and adapt techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily store tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
