Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and achieve personal and store sales goals. You will blend luxury service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to build brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with social media and live-stream shopping. Flexibility for a busy retail schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or similar.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency and fashion trend awareness.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to brand standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations and inventory processes.
