You will blend luxury retail expertise with omni-channel selling, clienteling, and collaborative teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience; luxury retail preferred; fashion trend knowledge.
• Experience with POS operation; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price/release sheets.
• Luxury retail background with live-stream shopping or video demo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships via styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and assist with store operations.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
