Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems, iPads, and basic computer tasks.
• Fluent English and strong customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and support daily store operations.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and data-informed recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; participate in omnichannel selling.
• Develop personal sales plans; maintain high energy on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, manage inventory, and assist teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure policy adherence.
