Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meet sales goals in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will build lasting client relationships, cross-sell and upsell, and support daily store operations with POS activity and merchandising.

The role requires strong English, 1+ year of luxury retail sales, live-stream and social media familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to read price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with high energy on the floor.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and service.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Complete daily store tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
