Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate on the front line to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury service with omni-channel selling to foster brand loyalty.

The role requires 1+ year of luxury retail sales experience, POS proficiency, and strong English. Ability to work Nights, weekends, and peak periods is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background; social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos; clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador; adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling; offer tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships; follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers; adapt selling techniques.
