Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our New York area store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across omni-channel channels.

The role requires 1+ years of luxury retail sales, POS experience, strong English, and a willingness to engage with clients, social selling, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency, mobile POS
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals
• Deliver personalized styling and fashion advice to clients
• Support daily store operations and omni-channel selling
