Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the Coach brand on the shop floor in New York and surrounding areas. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations across luxury retail and omni‑channel selling.

The role requires at least 1 year in luxury sales, strong English proficiency, POS experience, and a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Assist teammates and support daily store operations.
