Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet personal and store goals. You will blend luxury service with omni-channel selling, maintain daily store operations, and support teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, build lasting client relationships, and use POS and social platforms to drive sales. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS, basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and mobile POS.
• Able to lift 25 lb, climb/bend/knee and move on the sales floor.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador per Coach Guide.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain store operations: cash wrap, stock, merchandising.
• Support inventory and assist teammates.
