Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will help meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus, and a collaborative team mindset is valued.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar settings.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Strong English proficiency and professional communication.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store goals.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
