Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Able to read price/release sheets and operate POS systems.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; engage in social selling.
• Develop personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers; maintain relationships and close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising.
• Keep floor and stockroom organized; follow policies and asset protection.
