Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in the United States to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and fashion advice, while leveraging POS and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) and knowledge of fashion trends/competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy (video demos, clienteling and data acquisition) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, follow policies, POS, and asset protection.
