Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals while supporting daily operations in a luxury environment.

You will build client relationships, use POS systems, and participate in omnichannel selling, brand initiatives, and training programs to drive loyalty.

Candidates should have 1+ years of luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with social media and live-stream shopping to engage clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising) and follow policies.
