Coach is seeking a driven retail sales associate to represent the brand, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through personalized styling and data-driven approaches. You will use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring luxury retail experience, strong English skills, and comfort with social media, live-stream demonstrations, and fast-paced floors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background with social media savvy and live-stream/video demos.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling expertise and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor presence and adaptable selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks and maintain stockroom organization.
• Process transactions and support inventory movement and replenishment.
