Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail experiences. This Sales Associate role focuses on delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations.

You will engage clients with product expertise, drive cross-selling and upsell opportunities, and utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and foster loyalty. Strong communication and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the floor and support store operations.
