Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house known for luxury retail excellence. The Sales Associate will be the front-line ambassador, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations.

This role blends luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic digital tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream/video demo experience (preferred).
• Ability to read price/release sheets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques.
• Perform daily operations like cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean and stocked; follow policies and asset protection.
