Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and mobile devices.
• Strong English proficiency; fashion trend awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling and upselling.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Assist with store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support inventory movements and receive shipments.
• Foster team collaboration and participate in brand initiatives.
