Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or social media is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Manage daily store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions and support inventory movement.
