You will use POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to build relationships, drive cross-selling, and ensure customer satisfaction across shifts. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer tools.
• Strong English proficiency and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Process transactions efficiently and support visual merchandising.
