Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of sales experience, strong English, experience with POS and clienteling tools, and comfort with fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or related field.
• Experience with POS, clienteling tools, and price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/ service standards.
• Build relationships through styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet/exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
