Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer use (iPad or laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; contribute to KPIs.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
