Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated shopping experience and meeting personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, blending luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, leveraging POS and social tools, and maintaining store standards. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; assist with inventory and merchandising.
