Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong English proficiency and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clientelling tools to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and sales plans.
• Handle transactions, returns, and online pickups efficiently.
• Support store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives and training.
