Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, drive loyalty, and contribute to omni‑channel selling with a focus on client relationships and product expertise.

The role blends luxury retail service with team collaboration to maximize revenue and brand equity while maintaining high energy on the floor and a polished, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb), and to climb/bend/kneel as needed.
• Strong English proficiency; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver personalized styling.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools; capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Support inventory cycles and ensure safety and asset protection procedures.
