Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background with social media/video demo experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily tasks including cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow policies and procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments and stock shelves.
