As a front-line ambassador, you will build client relationships, drive cross-selling, and use mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Experience with POS operation and Mobile POS.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background and social media familiarity (preferred).
• Comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and enable repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy sales floor and assist teammates as needed.
• Complete daily operational tasks and stockroom duties while preserving standards.
