This front-line role emphasizes client relationships, product expertise, and omni-channel selling, including social platforms, to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Strong English proficiency; able to read price/release sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with POS operation, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use and data capture.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and drive repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and store goals.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Support daily store operations including cash wrap, merchandising, and stock movement.
