Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience; knowledge of fashion trends.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; clienteling and data acquisition skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Develop personal sales plans and strive to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships with styling expertise and product knowledge.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and drive loyalty.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising; uphold policies.
