The ideal candidate has 1+ year of luxury retail experience, strong English skills, and comfort with POS systems and social media tools for clienteling and data capture.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
Experience with POS operation and basic tech tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
Luxury retail background; social media Savvy and live-streaming experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge and fashion advice.
Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
