Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations. The role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

Candidates should have 1+ years in luxury sales, strong English, and comfort with POS systems. Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform floor duties.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data.
