Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving in-store and omni-channel sales, and supporting daily store operations to enhance brand loyalty.

You will engage with customers using product knowledge, fashion trends, and digital tools, aiming to exceed personal and store targets while maintaining high standards of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills. (Preferred)
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
