Job summary

Coach in the United States is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and help meet store sales goals. You will support daily operations and contribute to omnichannel selling while representing the Coach brand with passion and professionalism.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, experience in luxury retail, and comfort with POS systems, social media, and data-driven selling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent.
• Strong command of English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with clienteling, social media, and live-stream shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style/service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support inventory processes.
