Job summary

Gucci in Illinois seeks a Senior Client Advisor to be the brand ambassador, delivering best-in-class service, elevating the client experience, and nurturing strong client relationships to drive sales. You will support store leadership activities and contribute to a premium shopping environment both in-store and remotely.

You will engage clients with storytelling, up-to-date product knowledge, manage stock and POS operations, and uphold Gucci standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record.
• Passion for relationship building and people engagement.
• High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and lead by example.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual/store results while building client relationships.
• Deep fashion/luxury knowledge and flexibility to work retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients and build strong relationships in-store or remotely.
• Deliver a personalized, client-centric experience to drive repeat business.
• Leverage storytelling and product knowledge to aid purchasing decisions.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to recruit new clients.
• Maintain Gucci standards in operations, stock, POS, and visual presentation.
• Collaborate with team and store management to support brand initiatives.
